Jackson Disposal Incorporated is a family owned and operated business. Since 1986, they’ve offered dependable trash removal at a reasonable price.
AMOUNT FOR COLLECTION: You may have up to 120 gallons in cans OR 8 bags per week.
COVERAGE AREA: Western Illinois including Fulton, Hancock, Henderson, Henry, Knox, Rock Island, McDonough, Mercer & Warren counties.
HOLIDAYS: When a holiday falls on a weekday, Jackson Disposal will collect your trash one day later for all routes scheduled on the holiday and for the rest of the week.
LARGE ITEMS: Call in advance and Jackson Disposal Incorporated will pick up large household items including sofas, overstuffed chairs, mattresses and box springs. There will be an additional fee. Call (309) 586-4410 for more information.
NEW CUSTOMERS: You pay for 2 months of service on the first statement. You have 15 days to pay the first billing. If you choose to rent a toter, you will not get it until the first payment is received.
NOT ACCEPTED:
PAYMENT: We accept checks, money orders, cash, debit or credit cards. Automatic payments can also be set up, or use our online Pay My Bill option.
PICK UP TIME: Trash must be ready for pick up by 4:00 a.m. (Generally customers put it out the night before.)
PICK UP FREQUENCY: Residential pick up is weekly. Day depends on your location. You will be assigned a route when you sign up.
PICK UP LOCATION: Where your driveway or lane meets the road.
ROLL-OFF OR TEMPORARY CONTAINERS: If you’re doing a large clean up or remodeling project, rent a roll-off container. See Temporary Containers for more information.
TOTER: You don’t have to rent a toter, but they really are handy. They wheel out easily. The lid is attached, so it will not blow off in bad weather. They hold 96 gallons and cost an extra $3 per month.
